Premium coffee bean extract powder from California-based Earth Made Nutritions Inc. Standardized to your specifications, backed by comprehensive testing, delivered from four U.S. warehouses.
Key Specs:Coffea arabica L.| HPLC-tested | 25kg minimum | Free samples available

A strong powder made from green coffee beans that haven't been roasted. The bioactive compounds in green coffee that make it useful for supplements, drinks, and cosmetics are chlorogenic acids, which we separate out using ethanol-based processing.
Normal amounts of chlorogenic acids are 10%, 20%, 30%, 45%, or 50%.
One batch is tested and standardized, but raw coffee beans vary a lot in how strong they are. All of your production runs will have the same level of performance.

Raw coffee beans typically contain 4-8% chlorogenic acids. Roasting reduces this to under 2%. Our extraction process:
· Removes fiber and oils that cause stability issues
· Concentrates actives to predictable levels
· Preserves compounds that break down during roasting
Each lot includes HPLC test results showing exact chlorogenic acid content.
For capsules and tablets:
· Fine particle size (80 mesh) blends uniformly
· Low moisture content (<5%) prevents clumping
· Bulk density of 0.40-0.60 g/mL works with standard encapsulation equipment
For beverages:
· Dissolves completely in cold water
· Stable across pH 3-7 (typical for functional drinks)
· No sedimentation after 48 hours
For topical products:
· Incorporates into emulsions without grittiness
· Compatible with common cosmetic bases
· High antioxidant capacity (measured by ORAC assay)
Four warehouse locations across the United States mean:
· Most orders ship within 2 business days
· No international customs delays
· Reduced freight costs versus overseas suppliers
Current inventory positions: California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois.

Every production batch undergoes:
1. Identity check—HPLC fingerprinting against standards
2. USP method chlorogenic acid quantification
3. Purity screening: Heavy metals (ICP-MS), pesticides (GC-MS/LC-MS), and microbial limits (USP <2021>
4. Physical parameters: Ash, particle size, bulk density, moisture
Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis with test findings.
Our California manufacturing site holds:
· NSF GMP(registration #[VERIFY])
· FSSC 22000(food safety management)
· ISO 9001:2015(quality management)
· Kosher(Orthodox Union)
· Halal(Islamic Food and Nutrition Council)
· USDA Organic(available on request)
Audit reports available to qualified customers.
We work with coffee cooperatives in Colombia and Ethiopia that meet:
· Fair Trade principles (direct farmer payment)
· Sustainable agriculture practices (soil health, water management)
· Third-party verification (Rainforest Alliance where applicable)
Raw bean lots destined for coffee bean extract powder are tested for chlorogenic acid content before processing. Only batches meeting our minimum thresholds (>6% in raw material) are accepted.

Q: How much caffeine?
A: 0.5–2% natural. We can supply batch-specific levels. Decaf versions available (custom).
Q: What's the difference from normal coffee?
A: Most chlorogenic acids in brewed coffee are destroyed during roasting (<100mg per cup). Our 50% extract has 500mg chlorogenic acids per gram.
Q: Can I get organic certification?
A: Yes. Organic orders must be 100kg. Lead time adds 2-3 weeks.
Q: What's the recommended storage?
A: Keep original container unopened. Store below 77°F (25°C) and out of direct light and moisture. Avoid repeated opening in humid conditions.
Q: Do you offer nutritional panels?
A: Yes. We provide nutritional information based on serving size and formulation.
Q: What if the extract doesn't suit my requirements?
A: If delivered goods doesn't match COA, we'll replace or refund. Reach us within 30 days after receipt.
